The Foundation Stage
This is a stage that provides a solid foundation to those who respond to the invitation and plan of God. This is a time of growth and self-knowledge for the girls, and gives the candidates the opportunity to learn the spirit, charism and mission of the congregation.
How Candidates Learn
The candidates learn through:
- The vocation camp
- Prayer and reflection
- Guidance and formative programmes
- Visits to the convents of the sisters to interact with them
The Beginning
This is the first stage and most delicate stage of nurturing and grooming the future members of the congregation. It begins with contacting the young girls in the parishes and schools to boost the zeal in the girls and also make them realise the value of serving God in His vineyard.
